Who we are

iDesign DA3 is a digital agency based in Longfield, Kent. You can reach us at idesignda3@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you use our enquiry form or chat assistant we receive what you send us. From the form, that is the details you enter: your name, email address, company (if given), the type of project, your budget range and your message.

How we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage that project. We do not sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

How it reaches us

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

The chat assistant

The assistant in the corner of our site is an AI. What you type is sent to ElevenLabs, which runs our AI assistant, so it can reply. We may keep transcripts to follow up on your enquiry and to improve the assistant. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time by emailing idesignda3@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
